Been coming here since it opened. Not once had any issues. Until I got the Older woman that didn’t listen to what I told her one bit. Had hair that came down to my middle back and told her I want a middle part to my low neck. She proceeded to disregard eveything I told her to do and cut off all of it and left about 4 inches up top giving me a comb over which I didn’t ask for at all and never mentioned. Place is good. I love On Point! They do the best haircuts, no matter who is cutting your hair. I've had Sheree, Erica, and Taylor cut my hair and they are all consistent and friendly! The washes with the hot towels are amazing! You'll come out of here looking great. I highly recommend them!

I am SO unbelievably happy with my hair! I have NEVER had a person cut my hair and ACTUALLY listen to me when I say what I want! I cannot remember her name but she is the shortest one there and she did SUCH a good job! I was nervous about what it’d look like after I washed it but it does EXACTLY what I want it to. It’s too bad I live in California because I would most definitely make HER my regular if I didn’t!
