I'm pretty fair in my complaints to any business but I was not impressed with these guys. I clearly explained what I needed done (basic fan wiring with a switch install), the tech showed up without gang boxes which is a pretty fundamental thing for installing switches. They said they would call and have me rebooked quickly. That did not happen.
