They are terrible with communication. Didn’t fix my car properly the first time. A few days turn into weeks and a couple hours turns into all day. You have to be calling and texting them to get any info or update on your car.
They haven't actually fixed my truck yet. Just took it in. Their customer service is fantastic! I will post again when the work is done. This is how my truck looks before the repair. UPDATE: Three months later, still haven't fixed my truck yet! And when I call, if someone answers, they say they'll call back with a status, but don't! Will post again when work is completed.
I had an amazing experience with this shop. I needed a repair done on my vehicle, and they handled it incredibly quickly and efficiently.
OPC did a great job with my friend's truck. He was 100% satisfied and was so impressed with their skill and service that I'm bringing them my classic Corvette.
