I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but my experience with Valerie was disappointing. She seemed annoyed from the start and made me feel like a burden after I accidentally messed up a nail—no professionalism or patience. Worse, she didn’t mention a late fee until after finishing my nails. As a loyal customer for nearly a year, I expected better communication and transparency. 100% recomendada. Si estás buscando escapar de tu rutina y tener un día relajado te recomiendo pasar por On Point by Luena. Tienen un excelente equipo de trabajo y las chicas muy educadas en lo que hacen. Yo simplemente no lo cambio!!!! Las mejores.
