I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but my experience with Valerie was disappointing. She seemed annoyed from the start and made me feel like a burden after I accidentally messed up a nail—no professionalism or patience. Worse, she didn’t mention a late fee until after finishing my nails. As a loyal customer for nearly a year, I expected better communication and transparency. One late arrival shouldn’t mean surprise charges. This isn’t how you treat regular, paying clients.

100% recomendada. Si estás buscando escapar de tu rutina y tener un día relajado te recomiendo pasar por On Point by Luena. Tienen un excelente equipo de trabajo y las chicas muy educadas en lo que hacen. Yo simplemente no lo cambio!!!! Las mejores.

Luena was so sweet and friendly. She made it very easy to converse with her. I really enjoyed her as my Nail Technician, and her work was incredible! I would definitely book an appointment with her again! The Salon was beautiful. It was clean, neat, and polishes were displayed. Omg el servicio aquí es increíble, profesional. El trato desde q entras es como si te conocieran de siempre. El material que utilizan es el mejor. El ambiente muy acogedor. Valeria y Luena realmente son increíbles🤍🤍🤍ahh sin olvidar el café que te prepara el esposo de Luena
