By far one of the worst experience ! Don't ever visit here ! Go through one of the providers recommended by your insurance and don't let them fool you into booking with them.
One of the worst services I've ever encountered. They NEVER provide you with a status update on your car ( unless you call to follow up) and they are more concern with getting paid than actually delivering the service . It took about 2 months for my car to get repair and although some of this time included ordering parts, It should not have taken as long. In addition they had to take the car to the dealership because they did a HORRIBLE job. They have a relationship with the towing company and will trick you into sending pay... read more
This is the most unprofessional business I have ever attempted to do business with, EVER! Since March 13th they have been ordering my door and to date the replacement door has not come in and finally after a complete run around of 5 weeks, I decided to go somewhere else today. They never answer the phone, some automated machine pics up and keeps transferring you to voicemail. Izzy and Amy have the worst customer service skills I have ever encountered in my entire life. We were in an accident at the bridge, called them they towed us quick and fast. Then they took us to our shop it took awhile, but it was insurance fault. Once everything was settled theyed rushed and fixed everything fast and great craftsmanship. In addition they took care of all the insurance hassles. I recommend these guys to anyone. I don't understand why anyone would complain about this place, see Amy first
