They now charge $45 on top of the regular $45 for any walk-in, whether you are an established patient or not. My dog was sick, couldn't get an appt with them for a week, so had to be a walk-in and get charged the extra $45. I get it that someone off the street should pay more, but not an established client with a sick dog that they can't see for over a week. Not happy.
