On Point all services is a 4 star company who stands behind there word. We had our shower re tiled with some issues but on time came thru and will fix the problem. they stay in contact and keep us informed on when they will come out to solve the problem. Thank You On Time Mr & Mrs**********
I chose this company to help me continue to make my home more energy efficient. Vincent Manzo, the Rep for One Point All Services, helped me to find the next step in my quest by installing a heat barrier and two more attic fans. The crew finished the work at around noon, by 3pm I had to turn up the thermostat to 78 because it was too cold in the house. TERRIBLE COMPANY. I really cannot stress this enough. I allowed one of their salespeople into my house. He was nice, clean cut and seemed like a good person. They start by asking to see your electrical bill, then point out how high it is. It wasn't that high. I only pay around $85 a month. That being said he did an inspection around my house and pointed out a few things that he said would lower my electric bill. Mr. *********** entered into his first agreement on January 6, 2021 for a hybrid water heater, Capacitor, and 2 Solar fans. Mr. *********** NEVER called our office or emailed us to notify us he wished to cancel. We would have certainly APPRECIATED a phone call or email. Upon our installer arriving to Mr. *********** residence he then told the installer he wanted to cancel his contract with the exception of the 2 fans. Do not let these people in your home. They sold me a hybrid water heater and 4 solar attic fans for $13,000. That was my fault; I was so gullible. They guaranteed me that electric bill would go down from $350 to $100 a month. It has gone up $20. They said that my bill would go down so much that my savings would pay the monthly payment of the loan. I explained that I could not afford to take on a payment of over $250. Ms. ***** signed a contract on 6/18/2020 approximately 7 months ago last year. Ms. ***** purchased 4 solar attic turbine fans, 1 80 gallon hybrid water heater and a capacitor. Ms. ***** received a 10% Nurse's discount off the original contract price. In regards to her savings We DID NOT guarantee her a savings on her power bill.
