My wife and I had a situation where racoons tried getting into our attic by tearing up the shingles in a few spots. James from on Pitch Roofing was the reason you need to get three quotes. He was my last quote and I was thinking he was going to say the same thing as the first two, that I needed a new roof. But he didn't! He gave me an estimate to do the capping and did the job that same week. He also emptied my gutters and fixed a few loose shingles.
