I'm going to start by saying I'm super picky about my car, and these guys always hear you out and offer a solution. Even if you believe you know and explain what you think is wrong, they will offer to check the diagnosis on your car to double check, at a good price, but they will not refuse to do what the customer asks (probably unless it's unreasonable and unsafe etc.) They just cannot warranty any parts they don't order, which is usual for all shops.
