Recommend against. Terrible communication. Our soccer team plays in tournaments that for some reason use them. It’s a communication black hole where you reserve and for months nothing, no actual reservation with the hotel, you call, attempt to navigate their phone system, get transferred 10 times, and get told they don’t have any answers.
No issues with any WWE events I've used them 3 times.
Untrustworthy!!! I paid a Priority Access deposit of 200 €for the Olympic Games in Milano and didn't make a purchase with the company. I asked several times for a refund. After months still waiting for the refund. I wouldn't get involved with this company. A few days after posting here I finally got the refund. Still wouldn't get involved with this company anymore.
Worst customer service and ticket location ever. Purchased Super Bowl tickets 2025 as soon as the team won and still received the worst placement of tickets even after asking to upgrade tickets less than 24 hours after purchase. Company will not work with you and after paying over $20,000 for a 2 person package without airfare got totally screwed. Never using this company again. Best advice is to purchase everything without using them - tickets for better seats are cheaper online than what these tickets costs. Lesson learned... read more
Do not give your money to this company. I have asked for my money back for more than a month, and I keep getting the same response with no money returned.
