Terrible experience. All gimmicks. Do not waste your time…or money.
We were very excited to put our deposit for 11 members of our family to go to the eternal city tipoff in Rome between Notre Dame and Villanova. We were less than excited to receive an email from them less than 24 hours before packaging were to be open to the general public who did not put down a deposit two months earlier. Needless to say most of the activities we were looking forward to were sold out and we never got an opportunity to be included. It was a complete disaster at the World Cup Game in Dallas. No actual lines to get credentials, no directions of where to go, and I never received my gift at all. The experience wasn’t worth it at all. I’m stuck with an overpriced card that couldn’t be used anywhere because everyone had a different answer.
Shout out to Kensey M. In guests services. Overall, we had a great time in Phoenix for the WFF. This was my second package purchase through OnLocation and felt this time was way overpriced for what we got in comparison to 2 years ago. I voiced my concerns and was more than satisfied with their response and remedy. I felt heard and valued as a customer, which is valuable at these price points in my opinion. Overall, I would recommended their experiences and purchase again.
