I spent a LOT of money for a package for the Milan Olympics on the strength of past experiences with the company. Well, what happened to others in the less favorable reviews has now happened to me. I received emails with links to my tickets for 7 of 8 events I purchased. My sales rep has gone to bat for me, opened a claim and escalated the issue to the appropriate team, whoever they are. Paid an exorbitant amount of money for a premium tailgating experience at the Super Bowl. Drinks and food all inclusive. I’m here now and have spent all 1.5 hrs waiting in lines for food that exists in small batches every 20-30 mins where you wait half an hour for 3 dumplings, half a hot dog, 1 slider, or 1/4 of a grilled cheese sandwich. All food stations are constantly devoid of what tiny food offerings they have. This is ridiculous. What an absolute scam. Bought on location priority pass for WWE. Gold package got in early and got a bag foll of John Cena gear. Signed aide plates, mugs, bobblehead to be sent later etc. Silver package which would be 300-400$ more than just buying a ticket on my own...got a (single) pin. That's it. They gave us a pin. To eat o got a slider, one chicken wing and a brownie. Absolute embarrassment of a company to give us that after paying for more. We didn't even get in until after general admission...it made zero sense. Never... read more
