Cal took our down payment on 10/22/15 and told us he'd start our project in a couple days. The first alarm should have gone off when he started calling our home number after we requested he call one of our work numbers. He left us a message pushing us out to 11/3 or 4, then we got a message that pushed us to the 9th.
