Our Technician was very professional and efficient, he fixed our plumbing problems with ease. Very satisfied with On It plumbing. Even though a secondary issue came up while the technician was here and he fixed that issue as well on the spot. I will definitely call them again for any future plumbing issues

I recently hired On It Plumbing for a kitchen sink unclog. The office staff was friendly and professional, and they mentioned a $95 service call that would be applied to the final bill. I made the mistake of not asking for a full estimate to clear the drain, assuming it would be close to $95 if there were no complications. I also asked about senior discounts and was told they offer 10% if I mentioned it to the technician. When the technician arrived, he was polite and professional. If there was a higher star rating, I would give it! Jared was efficient, informative and personable. He found the problem and solved it. It is great to see a business that empowers the people doing the work to also bring the solutions without unnecessary red tape or wasted time. The customer and the business benefits from the efficiency and in-the-moment problem solving. And the most current leak detection equipment is really the way to go! Great job and sincerely, a pleasure doing business with them!
