Gas stoves need the turn off valve within 2" of the wall. Your technician installed at 4" from the wall. He used flex tubing so I was able to redrill the hole and adjust it closer to the wall. Also he left the flex tubing un supported in the crawl space. He said that was the way they do it to prevent anyone from putting a nail or screw in the area that could cause a puncture. The plumber was very good at what he had done friendly nice clean job and on time early was real nice. Very good service.
Haven't needed to call a plumber for 20 years, but desperately needed help when notified by city that water main was leaking large amounts with no visible sign on the surface. Morgan & team were able to respond quickly & detected leak within inches of the actual leak, which was 3 feet down. Since I did most of the digging the accuracy was especially appreciated. then 10 days later a sump pump in my garage failed & water accumulated, threatening to backup into the house. First time using On It Plumbing. Great experience. Very easy to make an appointment. Nick called day of and asked if he could come earlier than the scheduled time which was great! He fixed the problem quickly. Very nice guy and knowledgable. We will definitely refer others to On It Plumbing.
Nick was very professional and helpful. He was attentive and listened to my water dilemma and suggested the best fix without doing work that wasn't necessary or running up our bill. It was a pleasure working with him and On it Plumbing.
