Nick was awesome! I had a leaky tub faucet that I hoped would be a simple cartridge repair. It turned into a valve replacement with a lot of extra work due to the “unique” previous homeowner DIY installations. Nick explained every step, option, and cost, and I felt like he genuinely cared about teaching me more about my home and what he was working on.
