Nuris went out of her way to welcome me as a first time client and to think creatively about my colors. I tried to make an appointment on Vagaro but could not so I contacted the salon. I left 2 messages before anyone contacted me. I was able to make an appointment for a manicure. Prior to the appointment I received a call from the salon saying that I was late, when in fact my appointment was not for another 2 hours. The person on the phone said that they were going to charge me for the appointment because I did not show up.
