Excellent service! I was shopping for a Blauer bomber jacket online, and found they had the best price for the style I needed. I live in California, and had somewhat of an unusual order, so shipping took some time. However when I called the location for an update on my order (before it could be tracked with UPS), the lady who assisted me was quick to identify my order and its status.
Very disappointing, I called there store on Friday evening and there message said they were open 10am to 2 pm on Saturday. I drove over an hour to buy a holster for my carry gun from them upon arrival they do not allow CPL's to carry in there store noted by the big sign on there front door, this negated my purpose of going there in the first place to feel / fit a holster. Then to top it all off they are closed on Saturday except for appointment only. Very disappointing and frustrating I will be taking my business online.... ... read more
