Very neat and proficient work of removal of my old wood burning stove, and careful and proficient installation of my new wood burning stove. We were very pleased with the service and work.
Everything about this experience was positive starting with Grace, to Anthony who performed the inspection and initial cleaning, and Christian and team who installed the new chimney liner. And this was all accomplished immediately, no wait…inspection on Monday, Liner installation on Tuesday. Efficient and excellent customer service.
I contacted On Duty Chimney on a Friday afternoon after a major problem was discovered with my chimney. They were out to assess the situation the next morning and it was fixed on Monday. Everyone was friendly and responsive, thank you again!
