Great service and friendly technicians!
We called On Duty Chimney the same week as our house inspection and they squeezed us in. John from ODC was prompt, personable and super knowledgeable. We appreciated it! Will absolutely be using them again!
Jimmy and Enrique were timely, professional, and personable. They were accommodating of my pets, working around 3 cats and a dog without missing a beat. After they finished their cleaning Jimmy laid out some repair options for my aging chimney that left me feeling like I really knew what my options were and what I was dealing with. I’d recommend On Dury to anyone with a fireplace insert, oil furnace, or any chimney appliance.
Great service as always! Benjamin was personable , efficient. Made sure I was happy with the service. Also, I called on Monday, and had service performed by Friday of the same week. Im at a loss for the last time a company did that. I can’t imagine going with any other company.
On time very helpful with excellent advice and service. Very polite and respectful very happy with this service I highly recommended
