Horrible Business Etiquette. I am in town and a tree Branch crash my windshield, during the storm. I saw the great reviews, so I was excited to catch the owner on the phone. He placed me on hold, to see if they carried the my windshield. He never came back to the phone. I called him back, three times. Finally just left a voicemail and sent a text. Best price in town! Was mobile and came right to my house to do the work. I was surprised that the both windshields were new and not glass from a used car which is what most insurance companies will do to repair. Will definitely use again and refer to friends and family in the future!
Speaking of great customer service, with prompt responses and thorough work…On Demand showed up completed my window replacement at a very reasonable price. I would/will definitely use On Demand Windshield again…(if needed)
Dude is great! Called him the day before I was going to be in the area, he drove to me. Very patient and willing to work while I was getting loaded. No one seems to do windshields on trucks. If I need another one, I'm going to this guy. I highly recommend him!!!
My son had a minor fender bender that cracked his windshield. We thought he would be without a car for at least a week, but this company came thru for us! Gave us the best price out of all the quotes that I received also. Fast, efficient, and convenient!
