Jerome gave us the best service I have ever had. Not only did he help us in a time of need when our hood flew up and crashed into our windshield in the middle of our 12 hour drive from North Carolina to Panama City Beach. But he made sure to give us affordable prices, finish the job in 30 mins, and point us to where we could replace our hood. I was traveling from NC to FL and halfway through my hood flew open and smashed my windshield. I was 6 hours away from home and 6 hours away from my destination- I called multiple places and could not receive any help. I called Jermaine and he answered immediately- showed up in less than 20 minutes with a brand new windshield and installed it in less than 40. Horrible Business Etiquette. I am in town and a tree Branch crash my windshield, during the storm. I saw the great reviews, so I was excited to catch the owner on the phone. He placed me on hold, to see if they carried the my windshield. He never came back to the phone. I called him back, three times. Finally just left a voicemail and sent a text. Best price in town! Was mobile and came right to my house to do the work. I was surprised that the both windshields were new and not glass from a used car which is what most insurance companies will do to repair. Will definitely use again and refer to friends and family in the future!
