Going above & beyond does not say enough about this Company. Our driver Mike S made sure we were taken care of no matter what. We had a reservation on NYE, the display of character he displayed to us is beyond compare. I don’t know what we would have done without him on that crazy night. This is the only company I would recommend to ensure you have a ride when you really need it.
If you book with this company, make sure you are 100% sure your plans won't change. I booked with them months ago for a day in late May 2022. On 1/4/22 I called and asked for my 200$ deposit back due to change of plans. I was told that was no problem. Ten minutes later I received a call back from them saying their credit card company couldn't refund the money back to my card. They were going to have to send me a check.
