I’ve been a member for approximately three years. Maybe four. Of the “concierge service” In the last three years, I’ve called off hours maybe four times. Mostly because prescriptions were not Re-issued and I was going out of town. In the 3+ years of membership and the limited phone calls in on a Saturday when the concierge service is supposed to be on call I’ve never once received a phone call back.
