We were clients of On Demand since 2020 and purchased our Kyocera copier directly from them. Everything ran smoothly until we needed a toner refill slightly ahead of their internal replacement threshold (based on percentage remaining). We had a copier and plotter through On Demand. Stephanie Davila was always responsive and very accommodating. Always a positive experience.
I don't have much experience with on demand only being contacted by Alex a couple times. But what I have seen is a very patience and methodical approach to customer service. Despite the constant "rescheduling" of calls, never once has he shown any sort of ill intent. From a business point of view, he has done a great job applying and promoting what the customer actually asks for instead of using buzzword in order to trick the customer to getting what they may not need. All in all, very consistent and memorable service.
