I don't have much experience with on demand only being contacted by Alex a couple times. But what I have seen is a very patience and methodical approach to customer service. Despite the constant "rescheduling" of calls, never once has he shown any sort of ill intent. From a business point of view, he has done a great job applying and promoting what the customer actually asks for instead of using buzzword in order to trick the customer to getting what they may not need. All in all, very consistent and memorable service.
Stephanie Davilla and Cory Atkins are the bees knees! They are shining examples of what an ly business could hope to have representing their image. Getting to work with them was a pleasure. They were both so patient, so understanding and so very responsive while my company handled a very long negotiation on a contract with them. Really above and beyond work!
