Bought some pita chips and hummus for my CrossFit Open post recovery snack. Took a bite and had to spit it out. Took them back for a refund, the clerk didn’t even flinch, offered no apology, nothing. Actually, never said a word just handed me a receipt. Almost as if this was common practice. I will never ever venture into that coffee shop again. The fact that they are serving stale food should be embarrassing but apparently it is not when it comes to Common Grounds…just common practice.
