Enjoyed my first facial today and it was fantastic! Elisa was so sweet, professional and knowledgeable! I loved the clean, inviting environment. I went with 2 friends and there was ample room for us to relax and enjoy our time together. Each of our facials was customized to our skin and we left with recommendations for just for us. Will definitely be a repeat customer!

I’ve had quite a few facials before and none can even compare to the one I had with Elisa! Very relaxing environment and for the first time I felt someone actually cared about my skin and experience. She explained why she used what she used, gave me all the tips to continue a better routine on my own, and 12/10 massage. Will definitely be back!

Exceptional experience with having a facial and dermaplaning. The esthetician Elisa at On Cloud Nine Skin Care + Bliss is not only highly knowledgable, but is personable, comprehensive in her services provided, and clearly shows she enjoys her profession. The ambiance is relaxing and meticulously clean, and is located in the perfect location of historic Yuma. I absolutely loved my experience at On Cloud Nine. I received a dermaplane treatment followed with a berries and cream (seasonal) facial. Elisa was very considerate with my comfort, asking throughout the facial if I felt any discomfort. Her customer service was excellent and the ambiance of her suite is so relaxing. If you need a self care day, On Cloud Nine should be on your agenda. Or if you need a gift option this is a PERFECT present!
