Wow. I’ve had the best training days in over a decade since visiting this clinic just ONCE. Doctor Fred is incredibly in tune with his practice and emphasizes long term solutions over short term relief. That being said- he provided both long and short term relief better than any chiropractor I’ve ever visited. Most of my bodily aches had to do with inactive muscles. Hannah is an amazing RMT. She is intuitive, and truly skilled at finding and releasing tension I didn’t even realize I had. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and already looking forward to my next appointment.
I had a wonderful 60-min massage with Celia and it was exactly what I needed. It was very relaxing from start to finish. She is very talented and knows what she’s doing. She made me feel comfortable and checked in often, and she's also great to talk to, which made the experience even better.
