Had waterproofing done, basement still floods couple times a year. Company doesn’t honor warranty and instead blames other things including receiving too much rain. Have used 2 other companies for rentals I manage neither of them have ever flooded. Strongly warn against them, over priced, system doesn’t work and they don’t stand behind there work. I have to get mine rewater proofed.
