On call has been amazing to work with. Woke up to a flooded basement on the weekend and they were at our house in no time! They were so calm, polite, friendly, and very personable. They walked us through everything and never made us feel like it was burden. 10/10 would recommend them to everyone we know.

The On Call Restoration crew has been amazing to work with! My home was damaged in the freak hail storm that hit Helper in the fall of 2024. On Call Restoration brought it back to its prior beauty beyond my expectations!

Absolutely outstanding service! Had water heater burst and contacted them for n Sunday morning. We at my home in 40 minutes. Got most of the water extracted and floors and walls disinfected for bacteria and mold. Will complete job on Wednesday. You’ll never meet nicer people! Thanks so much! We really appreciate you!

Doug and his team at On Call are fantastic. It was very easy to coordinate schedules, and he arrived right on time to help with a mold problem I had in Helper. Very friendly and knowledgeable service. I'll for sure reach out if any issues with water damage, mold, or fires occur in the future (hopefully not). The only problem is there is no 6 star review button!

Doug and his crew have done an awesome job! They went above and beyond by helping my daughter get her room set back up like it was before, also hanging her pictures and poster back up!
