This company has to be the most sketchy and unprofessional company I have ever experienced. It took three different appointments for them to actually show up at the time. They said they were going to come. I wasted two hours waiting for them the first two appointments. They all call you from the same number, but it’s always different people. The first time it was one name, The second time it was supposedly the manager, Mike calling to apologize and reschedule, and the Third time the guy said his name was Nick and then hung u... read more
Waste of money. Technician didn’t check anything properly part of the inspection and I was told on phone that any cleaning issue pilot switch will be done. He took not more than 2 mins to check and said you’ll have to change the pilot switch which is going to cost more than $800. I was told that office will send a quote that I never received too. They do NOT look competent enough to get job done. Overall very DISAPPOINTING experience. I ended up spending $85 for 2 mins inspection with no results at all!
If I could give this company zero stars I would. I think I was just ripped off. 1st-They said they don’t contract out, it’s a family business. Then the technician who arrived said he was a sub contractor and was charging me an additional $320. I called the company and was initially told no they don’t sub contract. When a 2nd sub contractor showed up to my house, I called them again. They said well if we are busy then we sub contract out. So they lied.
