The customer is a real bother to these people. The owner of the buisness is condecending to customers and rude. Beware these folks should not be in business period. When I first placed my call the woman on the phone answered but was not talking to me. She was talking to someone else in the room she was in. Then she acted as it she was distracted. On Call medical is very hard to deal with. They make something simple end up very difficult & time consuming on top of the extreme rudeness you will get in dealing with this company. They are serving themselves -not customers. Save yourself lots of time & go elsewhere.

This establishment is owned by two generations of hard working, passionate women who have been in business for almost twenty years. They are well known throughout the community for their excellent customer service and dedication to their customers. Not only that, they are extremely philanthropic and donate to causes such as breast cancer education and awareness. I highly recommend doing business with On-Call Medical.
