My father fell ill on a cruise ship near American Samoa. After getting him off the ship and to a hospital in Fiji, On Call International spent a week giving my family the run around on where they could airlift him for better treatment. This company is a subcontractor of World Nomads, and they do not honor anything that is advertised. I've been hospitalized for a week and these people have done nothing at all for us expect add so much stress to an already awful experience. There's no follow through, you have to submit the same paperwork over and over which they claim they aren't receiving. They even suggested we beg our friends and family for money, instead of giving the hospital a guarantee of payment. We had to overdraft our bank to pay the hospital. Ther... read more
