John provided a comprehensive initial assessment of potential root causes and thoroughly explained how he would systematically investigate each one. On Call was a pleasure to work with. I had several smaller jobs around the house that needed to be done. They got me scheduled quickly and came out when they said they would. They made sure that the work was done to my complete satisfaction. I would definitely use them again.

We have used On Call since moved to the new house last year. Have used them for many projects. Most recently a big project with window installation plus major structural changes including brick works. I was nervous in the first place. But they proved they’re competent in what they’re doing.
