It is very unprofessional to call a business and then lie about the reason for your call just to try and sell them something.
I just want to say that InTouch has made my life SO much easier. I used to be drowning in calls to my cell phone at all hours of the day and night, but with InTouch, callers receive the information they are looking for in the menu recording, and then the callers are filtered so that only the true emergencies ring through. This is the best service ever, and I wish I had found it many years earlier.
