Horrible experience. A few days ago I went to this place to ask if they sold tires for my car, and a man with white hair and a white beard (who was most likely the owner of the shop) started insulting me and kicking us out of the place for no apparent reason. He even threatened to hit me and insulted my entire family FOR NO REASON. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Unprofessional, with a very aggressive energy, and a very lack of education.
One of my friend went looking for a tire, but when he asked for size of the tire one of your employers mistook him for someone else that he spoke over the phone, apparently they were discussing over phone. At the end the owner/employer dares to fight my friend but he left as soon as possible because he didn’t wanna fight anyone there.
Would give 0 stars if I could. A friend of mine went to buy a new tire, as soon as he walked up to the owner to ask if they had his size the guy starting insulting him, something about "I know you are the guy I'd spoke to on the phone" and just started going ballistic on my friend (mind you my friend hadn't even call to this place before), not only that after we were already leaving the place (for obvious reasons) the owner walks out and offers to FIGHT my friend... This place was the best! Good deals! Good timing! Edited Well, I have taken my car to follow up with a change of oil. However, the owner is doing practically everything himself... the results? Lack of customer service. No empathy and the location is too far from home to deal with his attitude ....
So, it’s the afternoon before Thanksgiving Day. I call “On Budget” because I kept losing air in one tire. They took me in, fixed the tire and sent me on my way all in 30 minutes. The only reason I called them for help is because of the reviews … this place is the real deal. Never have I experienced such a work ethic from the man who helped me ( so sorry I did not get his name!!)! Great service and the price was more than fair!! Thank You!!
