Best customer service I’ve ever experienced! The staff were professional, knowledgeable, and truly cared about helping me. They did an excellent job on my vehicle and kept me informed throughout the process. Honest, reliable, and great at what they do. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality automotive repairs and outstanding service.
I went there on a recommendation. I was there before the shop opened and parked right in front of the door. He saw me when he came. Since I didn't have an appointment, I didn't want to press him and waited. An hour later, I had to ask because he had already let everyone else in. He could have at least said something like he wasn't available. After I asked, he said he thought I wasn't waiting for him and that he wasn't available. I've never seen such nonsense.
