I have been in the store several times over the years. Thinking every time the service will be better! Actually,I think it has gotten worse. They disappeared with items I had held
Second time in today over past few weeks and the guy who works on the home side could not be more disinterested and/or irritated when asked a question about an item. Looked at an time made by Nambe and he did not know the type of wood and seemed perplexed we asked. Found same item on Amazon for $20 cheaper and zero attitude with my purchase.
RecommendedGreat inventory and I love the promotions. Staff is fun and friendly as well.

I love On A Whim. The staff is so helpful and knowledgeable! Each and every one of them make you feel at home! I love shopping here because I always find what I need and so many new things I want! On A Whim is AMAZING! Joah helped me register for my wedding and it was a blast.

Joah's the BEST! He always works hard to make certain that the customer's taken care of, and yet never gets underfoot. He even gift-wrapped our last purchases for us!
Just walked in to pick up presents for a shower...the employees stood near us and glared at us...just looked me up and down like may be I was trying to steal something? After deciding to purchase my McKenzie Childs elsewhere...I quietly put everything back and left...will never step foot In this place again...way too many other gorgeous stores to spend my husbands money (haha)
