Always a great experience! I love that they keep their social media up-to-date with their hours! Google’s hours aren’t always right for business so I always go to social media first. Keep up the great work!
Went to on a roll at 6pm tried calling before that figured they were busy no answer so went there they were closed with no note on the door at all Not happy! Sign says closing at 7! Anyone know the deal? I am sorry u feel that way. I am from out of town come here when I visit & I think you should have put a note on the door! I went to both doors no sign. I absolutely love your subs just very disappointed. I live 11hours away & drove 40min to you & when I called no message stating that.
Update: On A Roll has changed. When I was younger I remember the chicken speedie or any sub being chocked full of chicken like over flowing with meat, now there's more bread than meat and just 1 sub doesn't even fill me up with that exact tiny portion of meat used. Sad, this is sad, there is no good place to go for a quick bite anymore. On a roll is supposed to be known for big fat meaty subs. Now whenever I come in, my sub looks nothing like the pictures. We highly recommend On a Roll in Horseheads. We had the Broc Purdy and Halle Berry, but we easily could have shared one salad! Friendly staff and delicious food.
