I feel comfortable reviewing them now since I have used them for about 6 months. I have had 1 disappointing cleaning and when I said something Kim did a partial credit toward the next clean which I appreciated. What I can say is they show up! That is huge in this business. Usually not only do they show up but they are on time. They usually also ask me to look over the house before they go. I am so genuinely impressed with the team of girls who did such an incredible job for a move out clean. The price was very good and the team was VERY meticulous with details.The floors were vacuumed, and mopped so wonderfully which was perfect!! ( I have 2 big dogs and 2 cats ) The baseboards were white again. The girls has me do a walk through, as i am very particular when it comes to attention to detail, and i was amazed.
