Can’t say enough good things about Greg. He arrived within a few hours and earlier than expected. He communicated with me about his ETA and immediately cleared our clogged drains. He then diagnosed another issue and worked up a quote. The fee for his services was exactly what was quoted on the phone. Great customer service!

I highly recommend this business. My experience hit the trifecta of fast, good, and fairly priced. Usually you only get two out of those three, but On a Budget Rooter hits all three points squarely. Our usual plumber who we really trust but was unavailable recommend Greg and his business. I don't give glowing recommendations unless I feel they are deserved. Though I hope I don't have to call again, I would definitely NOT hesitate if need be. It's great to see integrity in the service industry!

We had a great experience with this company. I called regarding an ongoing issue, and Greg answered right away. After I explained the problem, which had been occurring for several months, he came to my home within a few hours to assess the situation. We scheduled a follow-up appointment for the repairs, and he arrived early and completed the work efficiently. These guys showed up on a Saturday, did what they could, (unfortunately we have a bigger problem than a plugged pipe). They marked the outside where the problem was for us. Then, when we got the charge today, they cut us a huge discount, I guess out of sympathy. Very much appreciated!
