I contacted Budget Rooter as a referral from a friend. Greg responded quickly and gave detailed information as to how septics work and possibilities of what the problem could be. He came to my home the same day to evaluate my septic system and followed up with a plan. The next morning he and his team came back and started working on the septic. The owner and workers of On A Budget Rooter were kind, courteous, respectful and very knowledgeable. After hearing the problems with my sewer, Greg immediately knew exactly what where to look and what to do. He has the appropriate equipment and was able to diagnose the problem quickly and accurately. No time was wasted. I highly recommend Greg and his company! They are the best!
These guys did a great job! Came the next day after we called. Had another company refuse to do a clea out because they didn't like where the tank was at, but these guys had no issues and we're done in 30min. We will definitely use them again when needed.
