Ridiculous! The cleaners didn’t turn up and at the end they just emailed me “it was medical emergency “ tried to call them so many times , they didn’t answer !! I will never recommend for this service even though one star is too much for them!!!
Very good cleaning
I booked these guys for 8am today and the booking was confirmed with a reference number. When no had arrived by 9am I messaged but got no response. At 9.45 I called but the call was declined. I can't comment on the service as the cleaners never actually arrived with no explanation. If you're looking for any sort of reliability I would suggest you look elsewhere. If you use them, good luck.
Such poor service, nothing had been touched, i trusted they would be fine to work alone with out me having to watch what thet doo to my home
