Sadly, this company really is just what we don't need to have out in the field. We tried hiring them for a diagnostic check on a vehicle we purchased and detailed clearly what we were in fact needing done. The tech stands us up the first day no call no shows. The following day after we call and get back on schedule, he comes and that's when we learn he doesn't speak English. No problem my staff is bilingual.
