Inside the Mitsuwa food court. Flavor is good, but there’s not much filling, and it’s mostly rice. Disappointing - Grilled eel onigiri ($3.60): 6/10 - Spicy chicken onigiri ($3.10): 6/10
My go to spot when in the area. The portions are perfect and the prices are hard to beat. Went recently and they were sold out of their “bomb” and was a little bummed. One of the workers over heard and quickly made one on the spot. Forever grateful for you and the staff!
The salmon onigiri was good. However, after completing my payment, I was asked to pay an additional $0.15 for a simple paper wrap just to place the food in. I clarified twice that this was not a shopping or reusable bag, yet the charge was still requested. This is not about the amount, but about an incorrect practice that should be corrected.
