They claim to respond to your inquiries within an hour. Took me two email attempts and a day and a half to hear from them. Suddenly got an email from them asking me about my questions. I told them I wanted to schedule an actual Zoom call with one of their attorneys. Lady by the name of Martha replies to my email saying either to send her my questions or pay a fee of $300 CAD. Strange since their websites clearly indicates that they give free consultations.
