Everyone I came in contact with was extremely friendly and supportive. I was well taken care of.
The visit was good and all medical professionals were kind and caring. The person at the front desk who confirmed and put me at ease with my insurance company gave me the wrong information and lied to her other desk workers when I had followed up to be sure that the information I was given was correct - via email. I was okay with being given the wrong information, mistakes happen.
