Rude, rude, and yet again rude. Miserable staff with zero respect or basic decency. The attitude here is disgraceful patients deserve far better than the dismissive, arrogant treatment
Called the reception for a question I had about MRI results. Person was short with me and after giving a one sentence answer said "bye" immediatly after and then hung up? 😅
The member of staff that spoke to me answered the phone by saying Hello, I didn’t know if I was through to the right department, so I asked and he replied “yeah” so I asked for opening hours and he said “Monday innit”. I asked what times on Monday and finally he was more helpful “9-4pm” so rude it was shocking!
I suffer from claustrophobia so I was dreading the MRI the staff were very understanding and helpful, after two attempts I managed to get through it by keeping my eyes shut.
