I used to go to OMPT on University Ave in Rochester. I switched to OMPT in Auburn Hills this year. John spent 30 minutes at the beginning and recommended a visit to surgeon to take care of swelling in my knee. It was an excellent suggestion that helped me a lot. I did receive very good care from Danielle during the past 4 months or so. Really appreciate her services. Unfortunately my visit today turned out to be very disappointing. I’ve been going to OMPT during my time in the US on expatriation, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care I’ve received. I came a few months for a rotator cuff injury. I have bad anxiety and was incredibly nervous. EVERYONE at the location went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. My therapist Danielle was amazing. Not only was she amazing at working on my injury at my place, but she made the process as easy and even fun as possible. I was honestly sad when my shoulder was recovered, stronger than before. I love you guys! Thank you Danielle!
Eliana, Molly, and danielle are the absolute best people and specialists ever. Eliana makes you feel at home with her warm and sweet personality. Danielle and molly helped get me answers after years of not having any, they are the best physical therapists i have ever had and are even better people!
OMPT Auburn Hills is wonderful. I can't say enough good things about both my treatments and everyone who works there. John Krauss has more knowledge than you can possibly imagine. He has treated me for several issues including 1) Meniscus surgery recovery 2) Cervical radicuopathly (which at least two other therapists could not help me with) 3) New hip recovery 4) gluteus medius tendon reattached surgery.
