I had a slight bulging disc in my neck. Certain movements made my arm numb. And I had some very tight muscles in my neck/shoulder blade region. Another place had made my symptoms worse and a specialist sent me here. Kathryn was excellent. I had a mostly 1 on 1 during my visits, which I definitely haven't gotten at other places. She got my back on the right track within a few weeks. Its been about 2 months past now and I'm still feeling great (as long as I keep up the at home exercises she instructed me to do)
They randomly cancel appointments pretty often in the morning over the phone, although you made an appointment several weeks ago. Usually, they allow you to wait for at least 15 minutes. If you are less than 5 minutes late, they will cancel your appointment without any prior notice. Do not respect professional manners from here.
