GREAT experience at OMPT- Rochester Hills! ALL Staff friendly, effective and respectful!
This place refuses to see patient's because of their own negligence! Never submitted a bill. Never contacted the adjuster. Then refused to see the patient because of the outstanding balance on the account?!?!?!?! I work in Medical Billing, this is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!
My body is now made up of new and, perhaps, spare parts… two knee replacements, a spiral femur break, and a hip replacement, which makes me no stranger to physical therapy. I found Physical Therapy to be a necessary evil of the healing process. My experiences had me believing that physical therapists to be people who enjoyed torturing others for a living. Samantha was very patient & explained everything very well. I saw her for about 3 months at the Troy location. Still doing exercises, but, the pain is minimal. I'll continue doing the exercises so that I will feel better. I want to feel better....Thank you Samantha............
