Was in an accident, they were called to tow away. Go there to get MY property out of MY car but they wouldn't let me into MY car. Not until they verified my full coverage insurance or I paid out of pocket up front for all services. Omps Garage was nothing like this. When they towed my car family members were allowed in to get my belongings and I didn't have to "verify" anything before my car was taken by the insurance.
Best Customer Service Ever! I use Brian Omps Towing & Repair on a daily basis with the kinda work that I do and they have never let me down! Not even once! This company is top notch! When I have Brian Omps do a job for me I know it’ll be done correct and fast. I can’t recommend enough! I’d give them 10 �’s if it was a option.
Best towing there is in Winchester va,nicest people u ever meet, I would recommend them to anyone,they was very nice to my mom and brother,the night of supper bowl, my mom and brother was in a bad wreck and total lost my brother's truck and Brian omps was there for them very nice to them and I thank him,
