I felt Dr. Lawall was cold and dismissive. I was there supporting a loved one for care. I unfortunately lost control of my emotions during the appointment, due to the ugly progression of parkinsons disease. I felt unheard and unsupported. Her bedside manner was robotic, like reading from a text book. Not a good fit for our family, we will never return.
