Dr. Arthur is a great and caring doctor. I have had wonderful experiences and follow-ups with him. A delightful young doctor. Will be greatly missed in Sanford, NC.
Our experience was great. This is our second time seeing him,and fortunately he is leaving. Wish we had more time.
