This gym is like no other, and I’ve been to a lot of gyms. The owner, Omar, has created, with his high level coaches, a gym that will transform your fitness. If you’re nervous to start or you’re trying to find a new gym that fits your needs, this is the place. The environment here is welcoming and your fitness journey will be their top priority. Wonderful community! I can't say enough positive things about this gym! The coaching staff at OTH really cares, you can feel it right away. They know what they’re doing & they meet you where you’re at. And the community reflects that, all levels, all body types, everyone belongs here and is working toward something. Everyone is uplifting and motivating. It's a place to grow, both physically and mentally.
Joined this gym almost three years ago. Friends from a previous gym started coming to OTH and they kept asking me to try it out. Was hesitant at first but overall grateful. Its night and day when you have a gym owner who cares about his members. Each coach has their own style of teaching the classes. I appreciate the owner, the coaches and the staff who are always rooting for and supporting member's goals in and outside the gym.
