My wife and I have been training with OTH for over 3 years. This is a wonderful community of people. Everyone is very supportive. The coaches put together great workouts and will help you through any challenge you may have. I highly recommend OTH as your gym home!!

I love the coaches and everyone I workout with .I love the challenge I get and the accountability. The members become family and friends . I love the Hyrox training and the ability to compete in many events with the gym . I highly recommend the gym to anyone who wants to have a safe and fun place to workout
