Joined this gym almost three years ago. Friends from a previous gym started coming to OTH and they kept asking me to try it out. Was hesitant at first but overall grateful. Its night and day when you have a gym owner who cares about his members. Each coach has their own style of teaching the classes. I appreciate the owner, the coaches and the staff who are always rooting for and supporting member's goals in and outside the gym.
100 stars!! I joined this gym with no prior gym experience whatsoever, and wasn't sure what to expect. However the owner Omar, and coaches, Bonnie and Josh immediately made me feel welcomed and comfortable in this new environment. Everyone here is amazing and very encouraging!!!!
I love OTH and that I feel I've found a true non-fam family...where you aren't judged but pushed to do your best. I am always humbled by everyone and aspire to become better and better everyday. You should definitely come check OTH out! Hope to see you here!
Great place to train for various activities. Great community and coaches.
My wife and I have been training with OTH for over 3 years. This is a wonderful community of people. Everyone is very supportive. The coaches put together great workouts and will help you through any challenge you may have. I highly recommend OTH as your gym home!!
