I’ve been going to Omniya since her previous location and have continued seeing her at the new clinic, and I’ve always had a great experience. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain everything clearly before each treatment. Oh my god!!!! I got so many batches of burning after doing the laser hair removal with her. The process was so damn painful, and she didn’t know what temperature she should set the machine on until you start to scream, that’s the time maybe she considers changing the settings for you. I hope these burning spots go away and don’t turn into dark spots on my skin, ugh. The best in the world
Honestly I will never go back. I went with my friend and got there 10 minutes in advance. After 10 minutes some girl walked in said she was late for her appointment and it was actually my turn. She just brushed me off and told the other girl to go before me. How Rude. She should have greeted me with respect and tell the girl that was late to wait since I was already there. Highly recommend! Katie is great! I have been going to her for a year for laser treatments. I have seen a significant amount of hair reduction. Plus she makes me feel comfortable, is fair in pricing, and is very accommodating with respect to scheduling appointments.
