I bought a bike from Omnium as a wedding gift 3 years ago. The guys there were so helpful! My husband Colin Lovett loves his bike. He has been going there to purchase additional accessories like new handle bars and storage packs. His bike is pretty decked out now! We have both loved our customer service experience there and the products they sell.

I cannot say enough good things about this shop. All of the staff members are extremely helpful and despite the smaller inventory they always seem to produce what I am looking for. This is the only bike shop I go to now.
I go to a LOT of bike shops and this is the friendliest bike shop in the Twin Cities. They've told me the things I need, and when they could have talked me into something more expensive, they've told me I didn't need to spend the money. I had them build up a touring bike and they guided me through every step of the process producing my favorite bike in my stable.
